Hi.
We have some agents working from home. They cannot view calls in queue, Maxwaittime etc.
Therefore my idea is to set up a webserver, running the Symposium WebClient with the billboards open, and I have made up a nice layout and everything works perfectly when I connect to the webserver from another computer WITH SOAP installed.
How do I view the same deal, if I don't have SOAP installed? / Is there anyway to set up the webserver so that clients connecting to it will use the SOAP installed on the server, instead of installing SOAP on all clients?
