Hi, I having an issue with a Call Display. When I try to check it in LD 95 I get a SCH 2115 code.
Here is the original Ticket;

Incorrect Display name when receiving calls from PBX - I have users that when they receive call from PBX -(xxx-xxx-xxxx) the Display Name comes up ERIC SUMMER NATALIE- two users called have Samsung S10"s on the Bell Network. Upon answering name changes to NATL DEFNC DEPT.

Any and help help appreciated.

Hello Dave

It might be that the name is appearing against an IDC entry.

Either way, go into LD 95 and print off the whole CPND for DN and IDC.

Probably the calling name display has nothing to do with what's programmed in the CS1000.
Check with the users to see if they have an app like TrueCaller or Hiya installed on their phone. These apps claim to help prevent spam calls but they have some serious credibility and privacy problems. They essentially change the calling name display on your phone to show a name from their own database that may not be correct. In fact, the name may have been derived from the contacts list of another user that has the app installed.

You can try to have your number unlisted in the Truecaller database here
