How to utilize CRW records

Pretty straightforward. Some of my reports are taking FOREVER to load. And they are somewhat important ones. How do I utilize the CRW Records in Crystal? I've made two identical reports: one w/ just the normal SalesHistoryHeader and the other w/ the CRWSOHeader. Only the former actually works. And yes, I have tried viewing the reports from MAS w/ the same results
