How to use XML link?

Hi, recently I join an affiliate program providing news headline for my website. They online provide some link which is in XML format.

e.g:
My question is:
How to use this XML link, and how does it work? How do I put this link into HTML file? I try to open the URL in IE5, the result only displaying XML code.

Can someone help on this?
