Hello to all,
My name is Van Son Nguyen and I'am from Saigon, Vietnam. Actually, I developed my MIS App to control my own (small) business and I dreamed to incorpore Vietnamese Characters into interfaces and data. I tried out a few suggestions but while I may have success in putting VN characters in Interface Screens (using TCVN3 and VNTime) but not in inputting data in to textbox...,etc. I'll appreciate greatly if someone come up with a solution for this problem. Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
VSN

Hello Van Son and welcome to the forum. I hope someone here will be able to help you. In the meantime, I found a couple of links that might be useful:

Using Asian Characters in a Visual FoxPro Application

Using Unicode in Visual FoxPro Web and Desktop Applications

The message of these articles - especially the first - seems to be that most of the work will be in configuring Windows rather than VFP. If you can already view and edit Vietnamese characters in other applications, such as Microsoft Word, the rest should be easy.

Mike
