How to use third party decryption tools??

Hello Friends..
We are using a PKE encryption using the microsoft APIs.We are supplying our own decryption tool.But we want to use some third party decryption tools to decrpt our encrypted files by using the secret key we are providing.How is it possible want changes must be done inorder to make it possible?
