Does anyone have any type of help file or how to docs on the PMS Emulator software program Mitel has?

Is this available from MOL ? we are doing a hotel install shortly and would like to try it

i stand corrected. i got it from tech support. they emailed it to me.

Ps Sorry for hijacking your post , I am after the same information , I have other posts out so if i get some answers I will let you know.

where can I download that testing PMS software? Is it on MOL?

Regards,

this is the one I have. Its pretty easy to use. You just need to select 'option' and 'connection' choose either comm port or telnet if you choose comm port enter the baud etc. If telnet enter system ip + port number (15374 for 3300) and connect. Once its connected send 'enq' and you should recieve 'ack' back from the system.

I have just connected it to our Mitel .
Under Options Connections , Telnet, I set the Ip address of our pabx ( Port should be 15374)
Click on connect
Enter the ext in the extension?suite box
Enter a name
Enter a wake up time
click on the replace name to change the associated name in the Mitel
click on Wake up to set the wake up call.
Click on Msg Waiting to activate the message waiting lamp
click on Msg Waiting off to clear the lamp.

If all these work , the connection to the Mitel is good
