How to use the .ParameterFields instruction

Hello
I'm wondering for a while now how to use the .ParameterFields() instruction in VB, to pass parameters to a CRViewer.
I searched all over the Web and didn't find it
Since i'll be in my company for a short more time I don't have time to follow a training with an expert
So if someone could clarify that use for me, that would be very nice
