How to use the packager tool!!!

I need to create a .ear ...

I've try this:

packager -entrepriseArchive myWebApp.war
-alternativeDescriptorEntries myWebApp/WEB-INF/web.xml
myWebApp myWebApp.ear

but it didn't work.

Can somebody explain to me the packager command-line?
