How to use the helpsystem?Can any one give me a detailed description where to set up it and how to use it?

If you want to use the help of Tcl:
Go to the start menu
Choose Programs
Then search for Tcl (or ActiveTcl or whatever you installed)
Open the sub menu and choose Help
