How to use the Active Movie Control?

I can't seem to find what's the problem with this, but every time I try to run an app where I've inserted an Active Movie Player it'll give me an Unspecified system error and it won't even run the code.
Must I install anything for this to work? Or do I need to initialize it in any way?

Any help is appreciated

I think you must have Media Player 6.4 or higher installed, but I'm not sure... can anyone confirm this?
