I have just had my first exposure to Lotus 123 today at a new job. Everytime I enter data I want to tab over to the next cell and it does not work. I find this annoying and wondered if there would be a way to work around this. Make it cooperate with me somehow. So far it appears that I must use the arrow to navigate between cells.
Thank you for any hints you have. New to Lotus

I'm using version 9.8 so I don't know if this will work with earlier versions.

Click on "File", select "User Setup", Select "1-2-3 Preferences". On the Tab marked "Classic Keys" under the "TAB and ENTER Keys" just select the "TAB moves right one cell, ENTER confirms and moves down".

This should be exactly what you need.
