Hi,
I have two line pools ; 'C' and 'E'. Line pool 'C' holds two trunks to call through one carrier and line pool 'E' holds two trunks to call through another carrier.
i would like to set up a fallback so that when both lines are busy in line pool 'C', the call is sent to line pool 'E' without input from the user.

How do i go about doing this? Any input is appreciated.

You need to use service modes
Use routing service
Then set the fallback routes. Refer to help

Create a scheduled service and give it a 24 time period. In routing call up that service and assign routes with fallback as needed.
