how to use RC notaion in formula array?

why doesn't RC notaion in formula array work properly?
like RC[1], column moves, but row doesn't(it is relative reference, works fine in formula, but why not in formula array ), why? please, anybody! thank u !!!!!!!!!!

sorry, i forgot to say, i am writing formula array in vba code, and it does work in other work sheet which is not written in vba code.
