how to use Ms agent for simplified Chinese language

Hi,
i am developing a multilinguistic sound support web page using MS Agent2.0. Can you please help me how to use ms agent for simplified chinesh language. I downloaded simplified chinesh speach engine from the microsoft downloads (

but there simplified chinesh TTS (Text-to-Speach) is not available there.. pls anyone help me how to do. thanking you.
