How to use Knoppix 1

I went to the website..

and when I went here...ftp://csociety-ftp.ecn.purdue.edu/pub/knoppix/

what are all these files...do I download each and everyone to a cd? or certain ones? how do I know which one goes for my WinXp Home?

step2, use CD burner to burn the image onto a disc. Don't burn it as a file, but use the "burn image" function that most of the cd burning programs use.

Step3, insert CD, reboot, enjoy.
