how to use java client when you aren`t able to download webclient

Hi !
Can anybody tell me how i configure my webinterface server in (WIAdmin) to download java client instead of the web client, for example when i`m in a Internet cafè! I want to use both but in som cases you are not allowed to download the web client. can i set up this so it`s working automaticly? i dont wont the user to choose client!

You're not making things easy huh

The webclient ica32t.exe is not pushed, but downlaoded by the client.
The cabfile versions of the webclient can be pushed.
Both above options require admin rights on the local client to install.

So you want a mechanism, that automaticly sees no client installed, makes the ica32t.exe available, automticly sees that it is not downloaded, then automaticly asumes you must be in an internet cafe, and then automaticly switches to the java client.

Am i asuming the above correct?
