Has anyone used NNM or OVO to manage multiple networks on a single platform? Can the networks be descrete even when duplicate IP's exist on common private class networks? Interested in setting up HP as a managed network service offering? Would appreciate any knowledge of how this can be done.

Yes. You can manage different networks if you use a different map (you can specify the name of the map with parameter to ovw or with windows menu) for each diffetent network.
There will be some troubles with netmon for example. You can not (in standart way) to discover and monitor two maps at the same time. I don't know, but I beliave that it is possible in somehow to do that. But this is a limitation of HP OV NNM.
