How to use dial in VPN

Hi guys,

I have enabled Dialup VPN and Normal VPN through an IP.

I tried and succeeded to use VPN from external Computer (home) using the servers external IP so that works fine.

1. Whats the method behind a dial VPN?

2. What phone number do you have to setup?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
