How to use Decimal values of keysyms?

How can I use the decimal values of keysyms in binding?
For example: [bind . "decimal value" {puts A}]

Sorry, Thakkaart, but for creating the bindings themselves, you can only use keysyms, not the numerical key codes. I catalogued the reasonable approaches you can take in my reply to your original question regarding this, thread287-328900, "Key-number bindings."
