How to use Authorization Codes with a Console 2250?

We have a PBX Option 11C Rls 25 and we cannot use AUTH codes from the console. As soon as we dial the 6 (Auth-FFC)we get something like an overflow tone.
But it works in the rest of the phones.

try having the attendant use the spree code method -

Press idle loop key
dial spree code plus 6
dial number as usual

to find your spree code - LD 21, prt, ftr

The same problem. I even changed the spre from 11 to 77.

please utilize your "ees"key on the right side of m2250
in progrmming it looks like this "ees"
it may be that you need to have some tones passing thru the switch. and this key allows a m2250 to have tones.
( m2250s have no tone of thier own, therefore the key ees is needed, if this is the problem

Thanks everybody.
The problem was related to a missing package (63)in the software.
Aparently the Enhanced Business doesnt have it, so nortel recommended to upgrade to 25.40 Networking Services
