How to use attachments with Access

Good Morning/Afternoon,

Does anyone know how I can use the attachment feature, within a form in Access? I would like to give users a command button (similar to the paper clip in word) that would allow users the ability to attach documents ( such as word, excel etc.) to a form within Access.

Is this possible?

Its possible

You will have to instaniate an Outlookoject, then manipulate the various properties to cteate the EMail and add the attachements

So I would need to use Outlook, in order to make this happen? Hmmm, that will be tough, since we are only using Notes and Access 98.

Hi

There is no Access98, it is either Access97 or Access2000, Access2002, or Access2003.

All is not lost, it is possible to manipulate Notes objects from AccessVBA, see
