Whats does it mean when its tell me to use my keywords in my links.

Is that like this?

Or does it have something to do with html codeing?

Think it means that your incoming links should have your keywords in them. If I had a link on my site to yours it will be more effective (for your site) if my link looks like

<a href="[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.drysnot.com>DrySnot:[/URL] Job Forums, Resume Help Forums, and Interview Advice Forums</a>

than if I use

<a href="[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.drysnot.com>This[/URL] is old Fred's site</a>
