I have Messaging R 4.0 with Processor R 4.0.

I Can setup 1 AA and works great But can't seem to get the 2nd AA to awnser. I assigned lines to AA 2 within messaging.

Does AA 1 still pick up the lines? If so, double check the line ownership in the mess. Make sure that the lines are set to be picked up by voice mail....

AA 1 still awnsers all lines, and in messaging I have line ownership 3 and 4 set to AA2.

I'm not at the system to check this so I want to put it out there. I'm in key mode and used auto config to set up messaging. I assumed that all lines would be assigned to my messaging ports/extentions but didn't check so if they weren't the lines would be ringing in on intercom and messaging wouldn't know what line it was. Is the default for all lines to be assigned in key mode or am I looking in the wrong place.

Full auto-attd or delayed? Full, make sure the lines are assigned to the vm calling group....sys prog, start/exit, extensions, more, grp calling, lines/trunks, vm calling group, 803..enter...804....enter. Delayed could be more difficult, it all depends on how it is set up.

In key mode, all lines are assigned to all extensions, with immediate ring. You may need to set the lines at the VM extensions to no ring, and then make sure that the lines are assigned to the VM calling group.

All lines are assigned to the VM calling group, Immed awnser. AA 1 awnsers all though Line ownership within messeging says aa 2 assigned for the lines.
