How to use a same user profile for different users

Hi all,
Situation:
1. W2k pro workstations connected to W2k server with AD.
2. Each Workstation works with a specific user.
3. Users login the workstations with the domain account.

Problem:
1. How can i set up the local user account in workstations so that the user profile and setting are same as the domain account? Because if the server out of work, the user can still log in the workstation locally and the environment and settings are same as log in with the domain account.
