How to use a flash button to play mov. clip????

I am working on a site right now that the client wants the their video footage to play in the same window. So i have made some buttons to play the mov. in flash.

My question is how do i play the mov. using flash buttons?

what is the actions that I have to set to the button???

When it is poblushided does it have to be a mov.? to see the movie?

do you mean a .mov file or another flash movie imported into flash?
