How to upgrade WSS 2001 to WSS 3.0

Hi,

I have Microsoft Sharepoint Team Services 2001 installed on Windows Server 2003. I need to upgrade it to WSS 3.0. Can someone please provide some steps and info on how to upgrade Microsoft Sharepoint Team Services 2001 to WSS 3.0.

After the upgrade will all the sites and content on WSS 2001 be upgraded to WSS 3.0 automatically. Will really appreciate if someone can list the steps and requirements.

You would do better by researching this question on Technet first (and by not double-posting the question). I don't know the specific steps but I'm pretty sure you'll have to do an intermediate upgrade.
