How to upgrade or change my Sun storage streamline sl500 firmware?
how to see our sun streamline sl500's firmware?

Install StreamLine Console software on your laptop... and connect with robot IP, etc... will display code once connected... Does the Sl500 have a op panel?

Read the manual on how to do firmware upgrade...

There are 2 ways of loading code into SL500, through the Ethernet port labeled PUBLIC or through the RS232 port labeled CLI...

Note; the download file must have the name of "verde.tgz" in order to be successful...

you will have to connect through the RLC card... via SLC or CLI with your laptop... I remember doing it once from the clients desktop...
