How to upgrade from Single User licence to Multi-user!

Hi

Have 2 or 3 machines individually registered on line..

Now they are coming to their life end - we have bought the 5 user license...

On the CD of the 5 user we have an 8 digit number...

This does not correlate to the registration code...

Surely we have done all we need!!! How do we take single user copies to be registered under the unbrella of a 5 user license?
