How to upgrade from 3.1 - 3.2?

Well I wouldnt normally ask this question as im sure this iformation is posted already, but the forum search tool dosent work. no matter what word I search for it returns no results.


I would like to upgrade my entire IP office system to 3.2 but I am a bit shy to do the upgrade since I have no clue what to do. we paid a company to come out and upgrade to 3.1 from 3.0 and they screwed up 3 of our phones, I think what he did was reboot the system while the phones were in the middle of upgrading firmware. I would prefer to do this upgrade myself since I dont trust people but would like some explination on how to do it. I looked through the avaya website and its just 100s of pages of nothing
