How to upgrade firmware under NT 4.0

I need to upgrade the firmware version of my Exabyte drive on an NT 4.0 server. I understand that to do this I need to use the Expert firmware upgrade utility. I also understand that I need to run Expert from a DOS prompt but that I can't shell to DOS under the WINNT32 operating system. I don't understand how I get to a DOS prompt that will run this. Do you have any instructions that might help me.
