How to upgrade firmware on S8300

Hello!!!
Can someone please help me out? I need to upgrade the firmware on my S8300 (G700) server. I know I need to download the latest firmware for the MGP and VOIP. Now, I have been to support.avaya.com, and I have printed out the latest version of firmware, but I'm not sure how to find out what I have. I went to the Query page but it's asking for some common login and password, and won't let me Query the system so I can see what firmware versions I have. Any suggestions?

Also need some kind of command list for Telnet into sysyems.

This should have everything you need other than the password issue which I can't help on other than call Avaya.
