How to update XML which located on different Server?

I have an ASP page, which displays an XML file from different Server and made it available for update.
I am use XMLHTTP object to get data from different Server.
It is work fine.
But whatever I am tried to update an XML on different Server doesn't work.
I have update working trough XMLDOM on same Server but it doesn't work on remote Server.
Any ideas?
