how to update to 5.3

recently i update my accpac form 5.2 to 5.3,but i found lots of problem:
1 i can't use load in the sm,it said"can't load recent data"in the accpac system,but i can use it in the shortcut from program(begining--progam--accpac--load)!
2 I dump my data from 5.2,and load it into 5.3,I can activate G/L,A/p,A/R,but when i activate I/c in the sm,
I get a message"you must run day end processing before proceeding"how can i activate I/C and what's the correct way
update from 5.2 to 5.3!thanks
