How to update/merge 2d-maps gbf

Hello together!

I want to edit the .gbf file, created from the 2dMap.
Is it possible to create the file with the 2dmaps save option and edit this file (for example: change ids or names) with another program. After editing it must be loadable by the 2dmap!
