how to update joins in recordsets

hi
i have a database with two tables with same field as the primary key in both the tables. how can i do the manipulations to the database to these tables. if any sample code or links it will be helpful.

In what sense do you mean? Do you want to know how to read data from the tables, or do you want to know how to update records in the tables? What database are you using, and do you want to do this with ODBC and MFC classes or what? More information usually helps people answer questions. In any case, to answer your question, namely:

"how can i do the manipulations to the database to these tables."

With SQL.
