How to update IP Phone F'Ware

My friend has a BCM 50 which I have worked out it needs the latest firmware file to support some newer 1140's. my question is where do I find the newest firmware file (I have full access to the avaya site as im a cs1k engineer but dont know where it is)& how do I update the BCM using the element man app.

What release BCM50 is it?
Did you mean 1140 or 1140e?

Enter 1140 then check box downloads

The BCM should always be patched to the latest which will then have the firmware on it.
No sense updating the firmware on the phone if the BCM is not updated?
