How to Update Database

Hi I was wondering what is the best way to update a database. I have a new one I create in 2007. I tried converting it from 2003 and it won't work. What is the best way to transfer the data from 2003 to the 2007? Should I just append the table in access 2007 from access 2003?

What doesn't work after the conversion? If you can identify the specific problem you may be able to work around it. There's some good info on converting here:
