How to Uninstall Security Update Q329170...

Hi,

My Windows 2k hangs during shutdown. I searched the Forum and looks 'Uninstalling Windows security update Q329170 and Q328310' is the solution. But how to uninstall them? I checked Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and didn't see the 'security update Q329170 and Q328310'. How can I solve it? Thanks.
