How to uninstall Micros EM Client

I have a micros 4.9 with cliente EM installed over Windows XP SP3, but i want to uninstall the client EM, so i could have again a micros installation without EM, so i can capture menu items without an EM Server.
How can i do that ?
All of this is for laboratory purposes.

You can uninstall the program directly in the control panel or you can simply enter the database of the laboratory server and edit the Store_type field from 'T' to 'R' in the "em_status" table, you do not need to do anything else and you will will let you edit products locally.
