I have a datasheet form. I right-clicked on one of the columns, then clicked on Hide Column. Now, how do I get the column back?

Robert

Have a look at the ColumnHidden property of the TextBox object.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Prior to 2007 you just click outside of the visible columns and you get a menu choice of "unhide columns". In 2007 you select a column, right click and you get "hide columns" and "unhide columns". Prior to 2007 when you are viewing a datasheet you can also select "Format" , "unhide columns", not sure of the equivalent 2007 command.

Do not be afraid to use the help file it is very useful, "Unhide Columns" will give you your answer.

Open a table, query, form, view, or stored procedure in Datasheet view (Datasheet view: A window that displays data from a table, form, query, view, or stored procedure in a row-and-column format. In Datasheet view, you can edit fields, add and delete data, and search for data.).
Do one of the following:
Hide a column or columns

Select the columns you want to hide.
To select one column, click the field selector (field selector: A small box or bar that you click to select an entire column in a datasheet.) for that column.

To select adjacent columns, click a column field selector and then, without releasing the mouse button, drag to extend the selection.

On the Format menu, click Hide Columns.
Show a hidden column or columns

On the Format menu, click Unhide Columns.
In the Unhide Columns dialog box, select the names of the columns that you want to show.
