How to un-install Internet Explorer ?

After attempting to troubleshoot a wide range of very strange problems when using Internet Explorer 6, I would like to completely remove Internet Explorer and then re-install it. Trouble is, the Internet Explorer item in Add/Remove Programs will only let me "repair" it (which does not resolve my problems).

So how can I completely un-install Internet Explorer 6 (including all configuration files, plugin settings, registry entries, associated add-ons, etc.) before I re-install it?

Maybe a program called IEradicator can do it.

But, if you're running a later vintage of OS, you'd be well advised to leave it be. IE has become so integrally interwoven with the OS that removing it can seriously bugger your system. You'd be better off to post these problems you're having and see if we can sort it out that way...
