I have a client how needs the speaker phone to be louder while 2 or 3 in the room are monitoring the call. Any Ideas, I already have the volume knob turned up all the way. Thanking you in advance.

How to turn gain up on 7430 speaker phones?

here is what i done when i need a simular setup
get a set of pc speakers ...open the phone and solder the input of the speakers to the speaker of the phone
not only does it give a gain controle for the phone but if left switched on it makes a fine pa system & loud bell ringer
also quite cheep
