how to trunk TDE & grandstream UCM

I want to sip trunk TDE100 and a UCM.
now I can be calling from UCM to Panasonic very good. But From Panasonic To UCM can not call to him. all call from Panasonic drop or connect to voicemail play massage your number is not available please leave the massage.

Sounds like the Panasonic is sending request but the UMC has no routing and is playing message

How are the systems linked and what are the number plans
