I don't have much experience with Linux printer. The server has cups running. However, if I print anything with lpr, it will stay in the queue for ever. How can I troubleshoot it?

Thanks!

Have you tried setting LogLevel in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf to "debug2" to see if it gives you any more clues in the error_log?
