how to transfer to a extension that is externally call forwarded

I have an extension that is externally call forwarded. When I transfer from the console to that extension, it acts as a conference call and can not release the call. This is on a Mitel 200icp. Thanks in advance.

sorry, I wanted to transfer a call (from the console)to a 1-800# ---but ,I did get it,I was missing some options in the trunk cos,Thanks anyway
