Hi to all,

I need your suggestions how to transfer the cost of a call from one extension to another.

Let suppose that extension 1111 needs to call internationally and the cost of that call has to be sent to extension 1112, so in the billing system this call has to be showed as a call made from extension 1112.

My first thought is using auth_code -end for extension 1111 and then initiating it by using CIL code 1112 instead of 1111
Do you think this is possible?

Thank You

That's the purpose of the cil code so the logger output is different to the originating caller

Hi parnum,
thank you for your reply

Is it needed then user with extension 1111 call internationally using *75*code*1112#number ?
Or it can dial normally?

I am trying to call normally from extension 1111 after putting the cilcode 1112 in auth_code but the cost seems not to be transferred to the other extension 1112. Am I missing something?

Thank you

Can someone please elaborate how to send the cost of a call from extension A to extension B?
Is is not clear to me.

Thank You in advance

What version are you using? TSE? TSW?
If I remember correct, using ADDNUM, the CIL output could be manipulated (not sure, but....)

Hi fcpli,

I am using TSE 4.1 sp6

OK,

Try with ADDNUM, there should be info on the raw data including the original and the ADDNUM. The original can be skipped (depending of the call logging SW - I have tested with RM2000). But still - not sure, long time since....

rfpui,

I found some idea from my old files (2010). They used addnum, and the CIL output created 2 lines for the same call. See this:

10111400 00004 I 2960 2957 2957 0 2960
10111400 00005 01 2960 2801 2801 0 001001008

Here the original caller is 2801 with addnum 2957. The point is that the code is I, so perhaps this can be the case?

Hi fcpli,

Thank You for your answer, I shall try it
