How to transfer the adressbook and received mails.

Hi there,

I need help with eudora 6.0.2 for Mac, I must transfer the adressbook and the emails I have already received from my old computer to a new one. I suppose I must save it as files, but I was unsuccesful to do that. Does anybody know how I can make it?
