Hello,

So a office of ours has moved, but the BRI hasn't been installed yet, so they can't make or receive external calls.
To receive external calls we have asked our phone provider to tranfer all calls to a number at our main office and then we route it internally to their number.

The issue now is, they also have to be able to call TO external numbers. How can I make it so that they can do this. I'm guessing that I somehow have to route their calls to the BRI in our main office, however I'm unsure how to do this, any and all advice is appreciated. If you need extra info, let me know.

Their site had a IP500 gateway installed, as do we here at the main office.

regards,
Bart

Okkie26,

I don't know exactly what SCN is. I've watched some youtube videos and I see it's an option that should be under the tab "voip settings" in the line option. However when I go there, I don't see the "supplementary services" thing that I see in the videos, so I'm guessing we don't have it...? The youtube videos are pretty old, so I'm guessing it might have changed location?

regards,
Bart

I think you better call a buseniss partner then.

What you want to achieve is not simple basic programming.
