How to transfer database from access to another

I am looking for a program written in java, that would enable me to transfer an exisitn database from Microsoft Access to MySQL, or Pointbase. Any ideas?

I have transfer my table from Access to SQL, by exporting it. And selecting and ODBC connection string. And changing the type and size once the table was added. Hope this give you an idea of what you want to accomplish.
